In January 2018 PT Sarpatim collaborated with APKINDO to make a documentary film / video about Sustainable Production Forest Management (PHPL). Filming activities are carried out for 1 week, taking pictures of all aspects of activities starting from the Social Aspects, Production Aspects and Ecological Aspects. For the social aspect, the recording of the village area as well as the forest village community, community market activities that sell their produce to the company and also the culture of the local community. While production activities start from the survey / planning activities to the process of wood utilization (felling to shipping) to the wood administration process. For the Ecological Aspect starting from SILIN activities by covering the process of making planting lines, maintaining plants and activities carried out in the nursery as a seed bank at PT. Sarpatim. Then in the R & D activities coverage was carried out on cuttings activities and plant testing activities (Species and Progeny). And what is not less interesting, coverage is also made on key species in PT. Sarpatim is an orangutan.
